The Villa dates from XVI century. The property is decorated with the frescos by Luca Ferrari. The ceiling of the large hall has been stunningly decorated by Alessandro Varotari, known as “Padovanino” and showing the “Glory of Selvatico House”. The famous garden architect Giuseppe Jappelli designed the 11 hectares park with age-old exotic trees surrounded by five thermal ponds of natural hot water, used by the Romans for its curative properties.
